This list reports the Market Price only, intended as the all-inclusive value for free-zone or tax-exempt storage (Custody).

Private Sales & Local Delivery
For requests involving physical delivery to specific jurisdictions, the final Private Price must be calculated by adding the
relevant local sales tax, duties, and handling fees. IDC provides a breakdown showing the Market Price and any duties paid to
ensure full transparency.

Product Architecture
Capital Line – Flowant: Standardized allocation of FL-IF round brilliant and fancy shapes.
Asset Line – Fusion: FL-IF round brilliant and fancy shapes (up to 1.50ct). Variable allocation based on availability and market
conditions, designed to optimize portfolio diversification and long-term value appreciation.
Fusion Plus: Exclusive access to 2.00ct up to 5.00ct+ FL-IF stones. Sourced via global market analysis to maximize asset
quality and carats.

Access Logic (Fusion vs. Fusion Plus)
Fusion is the default path for investment portfolios up to 250k USD. Fusion Plus is automatically enabled for portfolios
exceeding 250k USD, providing access to higher carats and global market sourcing.
Note: Clients at the 250k USD tier may, however, opt for Fusion Plus to prioritize carat weight over quantity.

Investment Tiers
Rare: Certified optical excellence for high-value portfolios.
Regular: Optimal quality/price balance.
Basic: Reliable quality for entry-level accumulation.

Pricing & Liquidity
All prices fixed in USD, indexed to Rapaport Diamond Report & International Diamond Exchange.

Reselling Fees
Market Execution 5% | Private Execution 10%.

Privacy & Price Disclosure
Commercial grade diamonds with similar general characteristics are often priced on average up to 33% lower than investment
grade stones, as they do not meet the same strict quality and certification criteria. These stones are available for purchase in the
‘Jungle’ section of our website. Requesting delivery to a country other than the customer’s actual country of residence may
trigger additional customs duties for which IDC cannot be held responsible; such practices may also complicate or delay future
resale. In compliance with the Kimberley Process and international Best Diamond Trade Practices, IDC sells only ethical
diamonds and does not deal in stones that may finance conflict, terrorism or child exploitation. HRD, IGI, GIA, Idex and
